Apologies if this has been asked before, have searched but couldn't find the answer here or in the book.
Very chuffed with my start on Dukan and after 3 days Attack have started Cruise phase, doing 1PP/1PV. Is it possible to tweak this pattern or will it disrupt losses? Tuesdays are my day off and will be a PP day. That is one day when I have time to cook more creatively and really take the time to enjoy my meals, so it would be nice to have it as a PV day.
Today is PP, if I did tomorrow as PP, then Tuesday and Wed as PV, then went back to the 1/1 rhythm would it disrupt the losses?
