I'm creeping so close to my goal weight, only a couple of pounds to go. The question is do I move onto Conso the first time I hit my target weight, or do I wait until I've stayed that weight for a few days?
I've had a few slip-ups on the way but have still managed to lose weight and feel so much better in my clothes (even getting into a dress that I bought 5 years ago, that I've never worn :0)
