Hi i was thinking of making a low syn apple crumble tomorrow.

Does anyone have any ideas for a low syn crumble topping?

I am sure some people use oats as a topping

also what about a meringue topping like a queen of puddings has but with fruit underneath instead, In fact I might try that later
