T tenbars Full Member 25 May 2008 #5 Havent tried them as not sure of syns - they are 98% apple and 2% starch (flavourings I would guess) - come in apple, banana, blackcurrant, orange and strawberry flavour. Will assume 3.5 syns and try them later tonight when I get that crisp urge!!
