Curly kale ideas

so I have some curly kale and I'm thinking what I can do with it other than having it with a roast ect has anyone got any recipes ?

Use it like spinach in a lasagne for example, or try cooking it in a tiny amount of chicken stock with the lid on, stir in some crispy crumbled bacon.

Always soak it in salty water for 30 mintutes before cooking as slugs love it!!!
