Fry an onion for a few minutes until soft, add a tsp each of curry powder, chilli, corriander, garam masala and turmeric. Fry for a few minutes, add the chicken until cooked then add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a teenee weenee bit of chicken stock! Simmer for 20-30mins tasting every now and then to see if u need extra spices! Yum my fave pv day meal!
The success is def frying the spices with the onion!
