well girlies n guys here goes day one of my food diary
feelin positive this time
hopin u can all keep me on straight n narrow, please feel free to comment

breakfast - nutrigrain bar, half a banana&mandarin orange - 3.5 points
lunch - mushroom cup a soup, 2 small part baked petit pains wit slice of cheese (between 2) and tbsp salad cream - 9 points
(awful lot for lunch but wasnt that well prepared as wasnt at own house this mornin to prepare lunch)
dinner - ww chicken n mushroom pie with large side salad - 6 points
snack - 1 pancake & slice toast with tsp low fat spread - 3.5 points
total - 22 points
