Hi Sammy, I am sticking to the book I have exactly. Mine says non fat dairy products are in the unlimited section and milk is in the added extra section. So I only really use milk in my decaf. Coffee min also says if having fat fee yogurt with tiny fruit Particals in it to limit to 2 a day. It's up to you if you want to mix and match but I'm sticking to the book for now I need routine lol xxx
