Day 1 again

Hia peeps

So after a bit of discussion with myself I have decided to start again tomorrow 31/05/2013.

Having done three weeks 100% I now know what to expect.

Ive had a bit of a talk with my OH (bless him) and Ive warned him I could have permanent PMT or at least until I finish my lipotrim journey.

We both think its a small price to pay for a relatively short length of time for the overall goal of better health, eating habits and self esteem which I can hopefully take forward for the rest of my life.

Ive watched the lipotrim video on you tube and they say its ok to take headache tablets (i was told not to as it will take me out of ketosis)! This not the case as long as they do not have sugar coating so anadin extra etc are ok.

This should allow me to better manage migraines that come with my TOTM. as for the whole TOTM thing ....... Well Ill just have to deal with it as I go along.

My scales show I have more or less regained most of what I lost, much to my disappointment!!! But this is my own fault.

I've only been off it about a week and don't I know it ! I'm bloated and my skin has gonna all spotty and greasy I can't wait to get back into it
 
Hi ive started day 1 2day, shall we be buddies :-D
I had a strawberry 4 brekky which was yummy. The chocolate was OK for lunch and ive just had the chicken soup which i warmed up after i shook it a gooden and had that 4 my dinner which i thought was yummy too. Ive had 2 litres of water which i feel good about woohoo!
 
Good luck Sarah, it will mostly be water weight so I expect you'll have a great WI :) !!! x x x

Sarah, welcome back and great to hear from you again! You'll have a good weight loss first week no doubt as most of your gain will be water! Felt like giving up myself at the weekend, been away which was hard then back home to meal times -sick off cooking and not being able to join in at meal times. But kept reminding myself why I started the shakes in the beginning (sick of being overweight and not fitting into my clothes!!). Think our OHs need a medal, it must be awful living with us...... Ha ha.

Welcome to the new comers too, persevere it's the first 4 days that are the hardest, after that it gets better - especially when you get weighed :) Xx
