Attack Day 1, attack, first time

My first day and I'm feeling positive :)
Weight this morning: 11st8lb
I've not been this heavy since I have birth nearly 4years ago :'(
I was 10st6lb only 6 weeks ago!
In hoping to quickly get back to around 10st7lb and then work on getting back down to 10st. I'm comfortable and happy at 10st, fit in all my clothes and going out dresses perfectly. But my ultimate goal is to get to 9st. Just gonna focus on the 10 for now though and see how I get on.
Just had 1.5tbsp oat meal mixed in 150g of fat free natural yogurt, and 1 boiled egg aswell. Havnt planned my lunch or dinner, just going to eat everytime I'm hungry for now and hope after a few days my appetite will drop :)

Good luck Debra :) my first day on attack too. just weighed myself (13st13lb) have done this phase a few times and have lost 7lb so hoping this will happen again!
 
My advice would be to plan your meals Debra. It makes this diet a lot easier xxx good luck
 
Thanks for the advice. Think I will do, eaten loads today and it's goin to cost a bomb if I keep eating that much! Hope ketosis kicks in ASAP and drops my appetite!
