Glad to see you have started, I Did my second sitting lat nigt at 11.30pm i just wasnt going to lose another day.
Im upping my arm wieghts thou as its not touching me there, im using 1 kg small ones so i think i have 3 kgs somewhere.
I may also start doing the push ups while im resting on the dumbells will see how it goes.

My areas of swearing loudly

are..squat punching and push ups,
My copy still not arrived
Hoping it will be here by the weekend so can get started on it.

I downloaded mine on the net but the copy has skips in it.
Wish i hunted out a better DL.
But im on a PAYG and it took £10 i could of brought it for that
If anyone has time who has memorised it, would they mind telling me what the level one exercises positions should be in order.
