At the moment I am just thinking ahead by days. Get through today, then get through tomorrow. and on and on.
Have to admit I find the smell of food the hardest thing. Think I might take the advice of another lovely lady on the forums, and use the time that they are eating to relax in the bath with candles and a magazine. A little me time treat until they have eaten.
I find washing up, or looking at the oven trays after they have eaten a good boost to motivation, knowing I am not putting that into my body.
