Day 1

Hello all

I have begun my journey on the RC solo slim 28 day challenge. So far so good, the chunky veg soup is awesome and was very filling so I am hoping this is the same throughout the range.
Is anyone else on this diet, would be good to know how everyone is getting on. I am doing this at home for the next few months or until I have lost at least 21lbs, too embarrassed to jiggle infront of others!
If you are on solo slim how long are you supposed to stay on it, I am hoping that this will be ok for a few months. Any help gratefully received.:D

hey Liz
I'm doing the class method and on day 5 so far. First few days I was so hungry at bedtime, but seems to be a bit better now. Scales yesterday said I'd lost 2.5 but today it said I've put on 1/2 so who knows what Thursday weigh in will be!
are the solo slim foods worth it? I was wondering about it but low fat cooking isn't a problem for me, its the snacking and sweet carvings that are!

good luck anyways :)

I am now on day 3 and yes I am hungary at night but I have started a jigsaw! so it kept me occupied! and I have been to bed earlier than I would. But I totally love the solo slim soups and meals. I wanted a diet that took the hassle out of getting it right for the first couple of months and I think it will be worth the money. I wont start class until I feel better about myself etc, coward that I am. I did jump on the scales this morning and it says I am two lbs down so its looking positive.....good to hear from a fellow RCer, not many of us on here :D

I done Solo Slim for a while last year before I went on holiday and lost 10lbs in the first 4 weeks (5.5lbs, 2.5lb, STS, 2lbs). I loved it, found it so easy to do and enjoyed pretty much all of the meals I tried, think I didn't get the mushroom or pea soups as I don't like them anyway. I slipped off the diet wagon and couldn't quite get back on it so have put the weight back on again, but I am thinking of going back onto Solo as I loved it so much. I lost this without doing any exercise either, so imagine what I would have lost if I had exercised!!

I know my body and my hunger times, so I didn't stick exactly to the eating 3 meals and 2 snacks. I would have a Rosemary bar for brekkie when I got to work then have some fruit around 10am to get me up to the 200 cals for brekkie, then lunch, afternoon snack and dinner as planned then have my morning snack before bed in the form of a Rosemary hot chocolate but made with my milk allowance. I know I am always hungry before bed so needed this to fill me up.

Keep at it though, it's so easy and the meals are yum!! I will hopefully be jumping back on the Solo wagon soon... :)
