Day 1

Just started today and I am accepting that it was never going to be easy but I am developing what feels like a tension headache to end the day. Might be an early night for me.

Did anyone else get this?

Headaches are very common in the first few days of a VLCD. Hang in there x

Make sure you're drinking enough water. They will go - it's just your body adapting.

Yes ive had them the last 3 days. They seem to be going.
