Hi, day 2 is going ok, I am hungry not gonna lie! Last night I started struggling in the evening when I would normally pick on foods, I had my last shake at 6pm last night and then by 9 I wanted something but I didn't!
Today I started with shake at 11, I just persevered when I woke up, done the housework etc and then sat down to shake, I had a half of bar at 2:30 and I'm having my shake about 5:30 and saving the other half of bar to have later on with a cup of tea to help satisfy my evening cravings!
I've been drinking loads of water too, can't stay out the toilet!
Ive just made my husband and son a big pot of homemade soup but I'm resisting pretty well!
Sounds like your in a good mind frame too!
