Morning all

This is day 1 following the slimming word - I am following from home so if i count syns incorrect please put me right !!!

I find planning works good for me so here goes !

Breakfast is Skimmed Milk HEA (used sparingly as i like my cuppas) Puffed wheat HEB
Middday snack - Bananna, Orange & Muller greek style yoghurt Strawbery which i have found to be 1/2 syn ?
Lunch - Scrambled egg, lean ham, 1/2 tin spaghetti
Dinner - Chicken breast, cubed potatoes roasted in overn with a spray of frylight, Brocolli

Snack - i have a sweet toothe at the min so im pretty sure a few syns will be used on a dessert which i will post later

Hi Well it did go well all day while at work ... I need to add to that i had a packet of Skips which are i think 4.5 - 5 syns and also had a slice of toast with Low fat spread on for supper :( i think i will have stayed within my syns ..I hope.
 
Other halfs birthday today do totally off the SW plan :( not a good start !
KFC chicken receipe for tomorrow in case of a hangover ... Yummy food without the fat!!!
