Sorry if posted twice but can't find my first post anywhere, god knows where its gone argh.

Day 1 up day
10st 2 lbs

I am new to this came over from Cambridge, have lost over 3 stones and now want to get into the 8s. Is that possible?

Down days are going to be water and black coffee that's it and up days are just going to be normal days ( which is usually quite a lot for me ) anyhow I want to be able to enjoy the goods I love without feeling guilty on my up days and nothing on downs.

Lets see how it goes....

Welcome and well done on your loss on Cambridge . Think you are very brave to try no god on fast days . I had to ease in gradually when I did it last year to do 3 meals within my 500 . Then tried nothing and found it made no difference to my weight loss so now just try and start eating as late as possible on a fast day
 
Hmmmm its going to be trial and error. Thanks tor he advice. I might just see how it goes then and tweak it as necessary. I'm looking forward to guilt free fish and chips tonight with a slice of bread n butter.

Sounds yummy I might try that too...im not the worlds most creative cook and don't really know what to make that's interesting so any recipe ideas that you have, chuck em in my direction. Xx

Im absolutely stuffed and feel a tadge uncomfortable. May have over eaten slightly. Fish and chips with bread and butter followed by sweeties....oh god they are my downfall, had quite a lot too. Oh well looking forward to a downday tomorrow. BIG time.

Day 2 post up day
Weight 10.4.2 ( gain or 2.2lbs)

So far so good. Tea and coffees with a dash of skimmed milk. Doing well. Not hungry yet so hopefully can get through the whole day.

Well I'm in bed feeling good and empty, didn't manage to go all day without anything so finished off the evening with a Cambridge shake and bar and it did the trick. Looking forward to seeing what the scales say tomorrow morning.
I have got to be careful not to over eat tomorrow so will aim for 3 meals and no nibbles.

Day 3 post down day
Weight 10st 2.1

Obviously shows I had a too big an up day prior to down day so today will consist of 3 meals and no nibbles, sweeties or chocolate. A controlled upday. Lets see how it goes.

Feeling pants to be honest :-( got a week off from work and have a horrible cold :-( hubby off too today and tomorrow so trying to motivate myself to get out if bed ( never normally take to my bed )

On the upside have reread my diary and realised that juddd is the diet for me,

I will fast today and I will lose some weight before my big Christmas holiday
 
Ahhh poor you hope you feel better soon.
How much do you want to lose by Xmas? From re reading ur diary how much is feasible for you to lose? I have no idea I hope I can drop half a stone by then.
