Good day again today all round I've been busy and active all day so it hopefully should contribute to weight loss for this week! Had a lovely swim before too, 30 lengths of a small pool, a relax in the jacuzzi, topped of with 20 minutes in the steam room = a very happy me saved my last shake for when I had finished too as knew I'd need replenishing afterwards! Slightly hungry now from all my used up energy but I'm on the water and I really am fine with it..such a turning point this week has been as never would I have thought it, roll on Day 18 and Monday weigh-in..I can't wait!
