Breakfast: oats so simple 28g sachet (HEXB) skimmed milk (HEXA) with blueberries

Lunch: scrambled eggs with lettice, celery and cherry tomatoes... And a mullet light Greek yog (1/2)

Snack: handful of tomatoes and a muller light yog

Dinner: jacket spud with tuna onion and mayo (2) with broccoli and rubber beans

How's this looking... Hope it's ok and had enough superfree foods! (think I'm finally getting the hang of super free / super speed)
