I'm now on day 2 of CD. I'm sticking to Ss with no extra food. This morning I felt miserable, tired with a headache, but after my lunchtime porridge pecan & maple flavour I seem to have had a burst of energy. I've been doing housework and besides having to frequently nip to the loo with all this water I'm consuming it's ok actually.
I had to cut the normal train of thought where we decide what yummy dinner we'll treat ourselves to, as clearly that's why I'm 4st overweight!
Hopefully I won't fade and burn later. I know I wo t cheat but I dont want to feel sorry for myself! I've been having a nosey at some lovely summer dresses I can treat myself to in a few months which is really inspiring.
Saturday is prob the worst day of the week to be on a diet so good luck everyone x
