day 2

hi everyone im now on day 2 and finding it very hard as a non water drinker normally i feel like a swimming pool swishing around an going the toilet for a wee at least 15 times a day does this slow down as its driving me mad!!!!!
the shakes dont taste to bad im just trying to get my head around not eating solid food x :confused:
 
Hiya, welcome to lipotrim we all suffered the same here at the start, I use a sports cap bottle carry it every where and refill or at home have a pint glass, this helped me cause I was a non existent water drinker before this.
The pee's will ease after your body stabilises its water balance but u do go a lot more compared to when eating.
Water is the vital ingredient in the diet so make sure your gettin at least 2.5 and above into you xx

Hi missvikkix :)

I'm another person who hardly drinks normally and I find it a struggle sometimes to get my 3 litres down. I actually have to have set times where I go and get myself my next glass of water as otherwise I'd get to the end of the day and have had about two. :/ On the upside, it helps to keep me feeling full. :D Wishing you good luck with the rest of your week and for your weigh in! :)
