I found day two surprisingly easy! I was fine up until around 7 but found my evening long and boring and found it really hard to sleep. I think my body is used to a couple of glasses of wine in the evening lol
On my days off I always keep my last shake, normally a chicken soup until about 8.30 - 9pm, when i've everything done for the day and ready to relax on the sofa. i have a big mug that i used to use only for hot chocolate so associate it with a treat so i put my soup in it and chill, my brain tells me its a treat as i'm relaxing with something warm in my mug. I've tried the chocolate warm but didn't like it. I used to always pick at crackers or crisps or something in the evening watching tv so this works well for me. it's hard to break habits but once you get into the swing of things you'll find something that works good for you and it'll make things a lot easier
