Good morning
Today is day 20 for me. I please i made it this far. Ive got a weigh in on monday. My exante experiance has had its ups and downs mentally. But ive stayed 100%. Im a slow burner but loose inches rapidly. Since being on exante ive lost 3 inches of my waist and 5 on my hips.
Ive only told a few people in on exante and havent been to any social events because everyone is still broke from christmas. But wen i do go out and refuse food i feel so empowered and it shows.
I still get the famous quote "but you dont need to go on a diet, ur fine" and that is a very touchy sentence for me. Everyone is different.
Ive managed to supress my mental food cravings but even on up to day 20 ur mind plays tricks on you.
This forum has perked me up on a few ocassions so keep the inspiration coming and remember determination is key x
