Hi all on day 4 and not feeling 2 bad!! I think they weekend could be they toughie for me!!!!! Anyway keep it up everyone think of the end result !! 7 weeks tomorrow I get married in the Algarve yeereeaaaaaa!!!! Have to fit that slim suit

Im only on day one but not finding it that hard as of yet i know the first week is ment to be the toughest cant weight for first weigh in though LOL good luck!!! :-D

Hello to all

Hello everyone,i am into my third week now on Lipotrim and up to now i have lost 2 stone 9 pounds,i am very happy with that but there is a voice in the back of my head telling me i still have such a mountain to climb,i need to lose about 11 stone in total and i would love to get in contact with some fellow dieters on this site for mutual encouragement and support,if any of you have the time it would be great to hear from you and i will surely reply,many thanks Arlene x

Arlene I've got 6 stone to lose so I'll be hanging about. Just off to bed as finished night shift!! It was a killer, I've been up for 23 hrs and the first time I've felt hungry. I'm now into day 5 so hopefully it will get easier. Xx

Hi jen ben and ally,thanks for your replies and sorry i have not got back to you sooner,i am struggling to fathom out how this forum thing works but i am sure i will get there in the end,i am managing ok at the moment on 100% tfr but it is great that i have found this forum as i really need encouragement and support,i will post again as soon as i can and thanks again and best of luck to all my fellow dieters arlene x
