Day 4

So, I've got 3 days under my belt, I cheated every so slightly yesterday:

I had tiny mouthful of couscous, and had two bars instead of the mandatory 1! - will this actually effect things?

Well, feeling pretty good, seem to have lost 7lbs already according to the scales!
 
I have heard of people having an extra bar when feeling hungry and it doesn't affect weight loss not sure about the other item tho, don't think a mouthful would make much difference
