Im on Day 4 on TS and im not hungry i want food but im not actually hungry but i was wondering i am suffering with heartburn is anyone else getting heartburn while doing TS

I get terrible heartburn while doing a VLCD.
If it gets too bad I do take the odd rennie tablet, dont know if they are really allowed but if my heartburn is stopping me sleeping then I'm gonna make it go away!

I've done plenty of vlcd's and never had a problem with heartburn until this time. I took a few sugar free Rennie, and after a few days it went. This was quite early on in starting the diet but luckily it has not returned.
