Hi Samjay - well done for getting through attack - I found I was very hungry at odd times on the diet and soon made sure I always had meat handy to snack on which took all my cravings away - you should very shortly not be missing anything and especially when you can have veg!!! Take a look at the recipe thread as there are some lifesavers on there and I often say I eat better on Dukan than I ever did off it!!! Good luck. x
