Roll on Day 5 then!! I'm on Day 3 - I'm suffering!! I'm even finding it difficult to drink the water because I feel so empty!! I'll power through, I just fancied the moan! Haha!

Hey Peggysue, glad you are feeling good. I'm on day 53 and about half way through just second nature to me now. Not an option to stop for at least 9 more weeks

im on day 5 today. havnt had headaches etc but defo feeling the cold (thermostat has gone up to 25 degrees lol!). other than that, once ive had my morning caffeine fix, im feeling pretty darn good too!!!

just woke up and Im starting day 2. Ive not woken up feeling this good for a while!! looking forward to day 8 so I can start working out :3
