Well day 8 already and definetely losing inches ! So as long as I can see results I'm not cheating .
Managing to have porridge in the morning then soup lunch time then a light meal for dinner and saving my milkshake til late evening as a treat .
Seemed to have loads of energy today, did some exercises with hand weights this morning and one sit ups ! Then did 4 loads of washing , washed floors, cleaned out the fish, went shopping phew ! It's now 10:30 pm and I'm still up which is a first !
Still cannot believe I haven't cheated once, and my hubby keeps saying how proud he his !
