Day 9

Morning!
I am on day 8 and had the same feeling as you yesterday. I just drank my water and kept very busy! It will pass, just keep focused. Your day will get better. x
 
Stick at it!!! Its really hard to get back on again, you have done sooooo well!!!

Im day 9 too, and yesterday I had an extra shake as I was feeling hungry too..........The 2nd week is always hard for me.
