ProPoints Day one

Joined WW yesterday so this was my 1st full day on plan. I would like to lose roughly 10-14lb before Christmas. My daily PP is 32 with putting a bit of weight on since last doing the plan I don't think I can manage 32 so might try 30 when not needed.

Day1

Breakfast : coco pops and skimmed milk 5pp

Lunch: zero point soup and sandwich 8 pp

Dinner: WW bake n bag with roasted vegetables and potatoes. Then added prawns 2 slices if garlic bread 11pp

Snacks: WW fromage frais 1 pp
Jaffa cake. 1 pp
Quavers. 2pp

Equals to 28pp

Also done 40 lengths at the swimming baths

I'm really starting to enjoy cooking again! Think im becoming more motivated because I'm enjoying healthy tasty food and feeling great!

I really need tips on shifting weigh off the tummy
