Day one

Hello All
its day one for me, so it's off to asda I go at eight o'clock. I am really determined to get stuck in to it. I'm on nights for the next two nights so intend to make some stew which shouls be 0syns and will take some ww yoghurts and fruit to see me through the night. I want to loose about four stone but my first goal is to lose one stone. I intend to do the ee plan as that suits me down to the ground but I will add a few g and r days.
ONe thing I really intend to do is to try and drink more water as that is my downfall.
Any help or advice anyone can give me will be appreciated. If anyone reading this could offer one bit of advice what would it be.

Once you get into the swing of it, it seems to become second nature really.
My only advice really is if you are trying to drink more water, just keep a bottle with you all the time. You'll find yourself just grabbing for it out of habit after a couple of days.
