I am on day three of TS and feeling OK actually. I was dreading today after reading all your posts about days 3/4 but I must admit not being hungry at all yet - was last night in bed though, very rumbly tummy.
Had a chocolate shake for brekky, hot with a bit of coffee in it. Very yummy. I do find though that I have to drink a glass of water after each pack as it stops me feeling a bit queasy (not sure of the spelling here
).
Anyway, quick question everyone, how do I know when Ketosis has kicked in? I am doing TS but having my first cuppa in the morning with a dribble of skimmed milk so hope this isn't slowing it down too much - I drink Peppermint tea or oxo if I want something hot the rest of the day.
