....I have to say I'm finding it not too bad so far. I'm hungry but don't really feel like eating. As a result, I have only had 2 shakes a day and a cup of ginger and lemon tea. I came on here to see if that was ok but people say you need three for it to work. As a scientist, I'm not convinced. Also, lemon is supposed to knock you out of ketosis but it doesn't seem to be doing so!
Anyone else start at a similar time (Tuesday) and not have too much to lose?
