Day two going well hopefully with the bank holiday weekend I can keep as motivated :D

Breakfast- 2 weetabix With banana and milk

Lunch- fruit salad- melon mandarins and plums with 0% fat yogurt

Dinner- chicken stir fry with peppers tomato onion and mushroom and noodles with light soya sauce

Snack- mr freeze pop

Just wondering if I am eating enough?
