Morning all,

after my post last week ive made up my mind and im restarting today. I've regained 2 stone of the weight i lost with Exante before xmas and am feeling horrible for doing it. The stomach pains and reflux problems are returning so need to get on with this once and for all. No breaks for anything, just a clear run till i feel better.

I dont have goal weights or sizes, just want to feel healthier and happier in myself.

good for you! Might be worth trying to set little mini goals to help with sense of acheivement though. Good luck

Getting into a new stone bracket would be a pretty good mini goal methinks. Got to 17st before xmas so my first goal is to get under 17st as its new territory for me. Cant remember the last time i was below 17st anything!

Best of luck on your restart =)

What was your start weight last time And how many weeks did you do it for?

Did you stop for Christmas?

keep us updated on how you get on, I'm doing it stone by stone for my goals x

My start weight was 20st 7lb last time. Got to 17st 3 in 9 weeks. I stopped for xmas yeah but wish i hadnt now as never enjoyed my dinner. Was constantly thinking of my shakes whilst eating turkey and trimmings. Not good! Then putting most of the weight back on too but thats totally my fault eating the wrong foods and comfort eating. Lessons learnt now and will be refeeding properly this time which i never last time. Also going straight to WW after refeeding, keep me in that dieting frame of mind. Hoping my planning will be enough of a safety net.

Will get my OH to take a piccie tonight and then one every 4 weeks so i can see a difference.

Don't worry about it! You know you can do it, and there is nothing worse than dieting over Christmas!! And by next Christmas you will be well into it and maybe even have refed and have a whole new mind set on eating!

I was noseying at the exante websites recipes yesterday and there was one for a carb free turkey dinner and it looks beautiful!! And was only like 400 kcals!!!

Good luck on your journey x
