I'm always a bit wary of pills that 'block' things. I've chosen to not eat those carbs as it makes me feel better, if I take a tablet just so I can eat them it feels a wee bit un-natural.
I seem to have this underlying feeling that if I can lose weight slowly and on a plan that will be as close to how I will eat for life then there is more chance I can stay there when I reach my destination!
However each to their own and we would all be boring if we were the same! I have seen various pills work really well for people.
