Hello guys!
I just had a really delicious lunch and thought I'd share it with you
My car is in the garage and I haven't been to the shop for ages. Didn't even have any oil!
So I fried half an onion in a teaspoon of peanut butter (10g, 60cals), then added 2 carrots and the end of a bunch of celery I had found in my fridge, along with the rest of a pack of frozen broad beans lurking in my freezer. Boiled it in some veg stock, then blended.
And it was lovely! For extra protein, I put in a tin of drained tuna, but you can leave that out if you want to eat less / don't like tuna.
The whole thing will have been no more than 250 cals, but I am SOOOOO full.
