Hi everyone,
I am 34 years old and have been slightly overweight for a while now. Someone mentioned SW was good so I thought I would give it a try. I have been reading about SW all day from various sources on line, however I still know very little!
I'm 5'7" tall and weigh 13.5 stone. I don't tend to eat a lot of junk food, i.e. crisps, chocolate etc. For an average dinner, we would probably have potatoes, carrots, cabbage and a piece of chicken in breadcrumbs, the sort of frozen food you would get from Iceland. We would then have a low fat yogurt after. What I would like to know is, does SW include that type of chicken or does it have to be chicken beasts etc? Reason why I ask is that a lot of recipes I have looked at look quite fancy and not something we would all eat, so would mean making separate dinners etc. Also can anyone explain if you have to have either green or red days or can you do both?
I'm really confused with it
thanks in advance.
