Hi everyone
have been doing SW for 9 weeks now and have lost 9 pounds. In the past I have always struggled to keep going after doing a diet for a couple of months but I am hoping that with SW it will be different. I feel a lot healthier and feel I am eating normal food but I know that I am open to temptation as all dieters are. Im hoping for some extra support to go with the support I get from the lovely group that go the weekly weigh in
