Diary of a mad mum of twos return to human!!

Decided to wait until day four of my journey so as to ensure this was the right diet for me, names Kerry and I have decide to embark on this TFR in order to lose ten whole stones of what an only be described as lard!! I have struggled with weight for a long time but since having my two amazing children it has really piled on! :(

So here I am and surprisingly to me I am feeling great no hunger pangs or headaches and I'm not heaving when I drink the water which is good for me lol. At the moment I am taking a mixture of all three shakes one at each 'meal'time with 2.5 litres of water and I can feel a difference in myself that I wasn't expecting I seem to have bundles of energy! Is this Normal???? :s
First two weeks should hopefully be ok as my husband is off work so can feed the munchkins but am dreading having to deal with their meals as I worry about temptation creeping in, anyway think that's all for now but looking forward to reading about all the journeys and getting the support I may need from all you lovely people :)

Well done Frappy you are doing really well :)

Welcome Frappy

Day five dawned and I am feeling so Peed off with myself as last nite I ate a chip spoon of mushy peas and three prawn crackers!!! Can only attribute this to a) my sister being mean and eating a chippy tea in front of me and b) Totm meaning I was craving!! :(
The only plus point is I am in such a bad mood with myself I doubt I will cheat again (fingers crossed). Am now back to being committed but am finding that although I can already see a difference in how bloated I look (lots less) I can't help but want to know the weight loss!! As I was weighed two weeks before I actually started I am also worried that if I put on before I started then I'm gonna be disappointed I est. a 3 pound gain on my weigh in weight dependent on if my scales are out or not so hope I have a good loss as my mood has slipped slightly x

Week one done! Ha my first weigh in and lost 9lbs which I'm happy with especially as I havent exercised as came down with a tummy bug on the weekend and was so drained spent most of it sleeping. But feeling better now and it's onwards and upwards x

Welcome frappy! You can do it. Cheating really isn't worth it sure its not. I slipped up week two as I had a faint / fit episode and was hospitalised. I've been given the all clear by my doc to return to lipotrim yay! Good luck dear
