Okay well here goes - I'm new here, i think that this will do me good and if I can help to motivate even one person through my journey I will be happy.

I have been doing WW PP since 2nd January and lost 17lbs so far - still have around 6.5 stone to lose though so a very long journey ahead.

Sunday is the last day before I weigh myself in (tomorrow AM) and I'm going out with my littlun today so planning is essential.

So, my plan for today is.....

Daily Allowance = 34pp
Weeklies available = 29pp
Activity earned this week =15pp

Breakfast
10 Melba toast - 4pp
45g chocolate Philadelphia - 3pp
Banana - 0pp
Apple - 0pp
Coffee - 0pp

Lunch
6" sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub - 9 pp
Grapes - 0pp

Dinner
Quorn chilli (homemade) - 6pp
(with onions, mushroom, courgette for added veg)
Uncle bens whole grain rice - 6pp
WW chocolate sponge - 5pp

Any time
1/2 pint Milk (skimmed) - 3pp

Total to be Used - 36pp

Activity to be earned today = 4pp

Daily remaining = 0pp
Weekly remaining = 27pp
Activity earned this week = 19pp

......well, this is my plan anyway (fingers crossed)

Bacon chop =7pp (counted up to be on safe side)

Meringue nests x2 = 3pp
Curly wurly = 3pp
