Yo!!

Im back.. so previously on Emski's journey to Slimsville..

Lost almost 2 stone .. All fab.. Stopped the smoking.. put nearly a stone back on.. went back on plan last week lost 4 of them pesky pounds.. still not smoking and now gymming it too.. so woo woo here i go!!
