Diet coke

Can I have diet coke on s and s? Or coke zero?

I don't drink tea or coffee, so a diet coke in the morning is the equivalent for me.

I've found that citric acid doesn't effect me with regards to ketosis. So I can get away with most diet drinks.

But if you're new to S&S I'd stick to coke zero & water
