Hi Everyone,.
As you can see I'm new to this site. I cant believe in all my years of dieting I've never come across this web site!!:ashamed0005:
Well any way my name is Catherine and I've been dieting for as far back as I can remember! I once got to my goal weight and 3 months later I found out I was pregnant. Needless to say I put on about a stone and a half after I had my baby. Straight away I went to Weight Watchers to try and shift it. I managed to shift a stone with hard work and persistence. After two years I was pregnant again. This time I was hospitalized for most of the pregnancy due to high blood pressure. I piled on the weight while in hospital and my baby boy was born 6 weeks premature. So I comfort ate for about 3 months after he was born. I had heard about Lipotrim and went to my pharmacist to ask about it. They told my to come back in three months as it wasn't safe to start it so soon after having a baby.
I continued eating bad for the three months after and got to an all time high (for me) of 13stone. I managed to shift 5lb by cutting out fizzy drinks and night time eating in the couple of weeks before I went back to the pharmacist. I started Lipotrim on Tuesday gone and I have to say that this is the hardest diet I have EVER done! But at the same time it seems to be the most rewarding! I weighed 12st 9lb on the scales on Monday. I weighed myself this morning and I am shocked to see that I weigh 12st 1 and a half lb!!!!
I couldn't believe it. The week of torture has been paying off!
I would recommend this diet to anyone! I will say that it is tough especially when you have to cook normal food for the rest of your family but it seems to be worth it! Anyone else doing this diet please let me know I'd like to know if it gets easier or just general tips about it.
