It depends on what you like - I would go for something like chicken wrapped in parma ham (could stuff with cheese as part of a HEA as well) and serve with mini roasties and veg.
Or make a stew served with veg, or lasagne made healthy served with salad and garlic bread (you could just not have any garlic bread)
Starters can be easy - a slimming world soup, poached egg with asparagus, asparagus or melon with palma ham. smoked salmon starter (with a rocket salad maybe)
Deserts are what I find the hardest to make slimming world friendly. you could make meringues (and turn it into eaton mess with strawberries or raspberries) - make every one else one with cream and yours could be yoghurt based.
or you could make individual trifles (i am addicted to trifle at present, have it a couple of times a week lol)
basically you can make anything you fancy, just try and stay away from butter, sugar and flour (e.g. pastries are not good for any course, deserts are hard as they are the main ingredients) but you can adapt pretty much anything else
