I'm feeling really disheartened I've
been 100% the last 2 weeks lots of exercise last weekend and great with food and lost 4 pounds last week but weighed today and put on a pound.... I feel bigger than ever but not over eating or having many carbs, lots of veg for tea etc :/ I stopped taking my pill yesterday but being due on doesn't normally effect my weight could anyone think of any reason why I've gained? Sarah x
