I made a very poor start to the week and weighed in today tom today also just over a pound heavier. I only managed 2 days on track. So here's to a new week... Ive promised myself 1 hour a night on my exercise bike to see if I can make a dint ....
Aww AF has a lot to answer for! don't feel bad if you're only up one lb you likely have lost, just AF has counter balanced it. ((Hugs)) stay strong and you'll see a good loss next week I'm sure!
Have a think how much you usually put on with TOTM..if its 3lb minimum usually you are already 2lbs down...now think how much more that could be if you had seven 100% days. Use that as your incentive for the next week
