Hi everyone :)

I'm new to the forum, but not new to Slimming World!

I am a binge eater. It doesn't have to be goodies, I can binge on fruit as well as chocolate :eek: I need to take control NOW. So, tomorrow morning I will weigh myself (I'll be following SW from home) and as I saw in someone's signature, if I bite it, I'll write it.

I will be completely open to support, advice, criticism, help and SW tips and hints :)

At the moment, I reckon I'm about 13st 12lbs. At 5' 5'', I need to lose about 3 stone. I'm hoping you lovely folk (I've been reading food diaries all week!) can support me on my journey to a slim and happy me :D

Monday 3rd Nov, EE
B: An apple
L: 2 brown toast HEX b, 2 eggs scrambled with a small amount of milk from HEX A and 2 tomatoes
D: Will be stirfry veg (peppers, onion, carrot and garlic - I think that's all I have in), done in frylite and sprinkled with aldi fajita seasoning, which I think is 4 syns per pack. Noodles and oven baked white fish fillets.

Snacks: So far a banana. Fresh pineapple. Several cuppa's with milk from HEXa

Exercise: An 8km walk through the forest.

Tuesday 4th

Oh my DAYS what a day. Is it bed time yet?

B: One slice of brown toast (hexb) and a banana. The most delicious skinny latte with a shot of cinnamon (hexa and one syn). I asked her to top it up with hot water before adding the milk so I still have hexa left for my daily 3bazillion mugs of tea :)

L: 2 slices of ham :/

D: I really need to shop. I'll be having brown rice cooked in chicken stock and a bitta curry powder with a large salad and prawns. I'm STARVING. Well no, I'm far from starving but I'm very very hungry.

Snacks: I have grapes so I'll probably have them tonight....and a pear. Lots of tea.

Exercise: Running round like a blue arsed fly since 7am. A 6.5k jog.

Wednesday 5th

EE. I'll always be doing EE until I figure out red/green days properly! Due my period tomorrow so obviously all I want to do is eat my weight in chocolate and crisps :(

B: I had a MASSIVE breakfast at about 11.30am. 2 slices of brown toast (hexb), 2 eggs scrambled, one sausage (4.5syns), a pear and an apple.

Haven't had anything but tea since and probably won't til dinner. EDIT: HA!! That didn't happen. I had the rice and salad I was supposed to have for dinner:ashamed0005: And a slice of brack (5 syns?) :eek:

D: will be leftover rice and salad from yesterday and a grilled chicken fillet. No it won't. It'll be chicken, a baked spud and stirfry veggies. Can you BELIEVE I'm still hungry?

Snacks: None as of yet as my breakfast was realistically enough to feed a small country :/

Exercise: A very slow 5km walk to try to ease my back pain

Ok today was better.

Thursday 6th...

Breakfast: An apple and a banana with muller light

Lunch: Egg mayo sandwich with rocket and tomato. Extra light mayo (1).

Dinner: Home made wedges with left over egg mayo and a large SF salad.

Snacks: Tea, tea, tea. A satsuma.

Going to bed now so I don't eat any more! Happy enough with today.

Exercise: None apart from work, which was very full on today.

Friday 7th

B: 2 egg omlette with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic

L: 2 toast with tomato, rocket and laughing cow light (hexa)

D: Turkey meatballs with a homemade junky veg/tomato based sauce, with wholewheat pasta

Snack: A dessert spoon of nutella, melted and mixed with a sliced banana and a handful of blueberries. OMG t'was amazing!

Syns; 2 for 100ml skimmed milk for tea, 4 for nutella

Exercise: 8km walk
