Do i need to do induction?

If you are already low carb, with no cravings and losing then i recommend going straight to OWL - induction is really designed to get you to that state! You may want to try the food different food groups carefully to identify any stallers or trigger foods. Also time to find your critical carb level to lose. Have fun:)

Only reason to do "straight" induction is so you know what it looks, feels, tastes like:). Useful for pre or post hols or if get derailed!
